Book a 60-min demoWhat e-Reporting does
Instead of periodic VAT returns, some regimes require near-real-time invoice data. e-Reporting reads the invoice from Oracle, formats it to the authority's specification, and manages the submission lifecycle.
- Spain SII (Immediate Supply of Information)
- Hungary NAV RTIR and Poland JPK reporting
- Invoice and B2G data sent from the same reconciled data set
- Invoice-level reconciliation back to Oracle AR/AP
- Error handling, retry logic and status tracking
How it works
- 1
Capture invoices
Relevant AR and AP invoices are identified in Oracle near real time.
- 2
Reconcile & format
Each invoice is reconciled with Oracle before it is transformed into the authority's required message format.
- 3
Report & reconcile
Submissions are tracked and reconciled back to the original Oracle invoice.

e-Reporting sends invoice and B2G data to the tax authority from the same reconciled data set. ViDA digital reporting for intra-EU trade starts on 1 July 2030 and is on the itax4apps roadmap.
Every reported invoice is an Oracle invoice
e-Reporting does not mint new invoice data. It reports the invoices Oracle already posted, preserving their exact values and tax determinations. Auditors can trace any reported line to its source transaction in Oracle.
- Reads AR and AP invoices directly from Oracle
- Preserves Oracle tax determination and posting values
- Reconciles authority responses to the source invoice
- Same reconciled data set as your VAT return and e-invoices
